100,000 knives !

"Seized and surrendered blades across 43 police forces. It stands 27 feet tall and weighs 3 tonnes.  It has been created by the artist Alfie Bradley at the British Ironwork Centre in Oswestry, Shropshire."

Those are facts but looking at it you see all the knives that might have been used against other human beings.  The Angel looks old and tired.   Despondent?   People kept coming up and stood there looking at it.  You could get to within a few inches of it.
