After a day of packing, it was out for sushi. Sushiro is a value option in Japan. Even though it may not be the best in Japan, it’s at the source, ie. It’s at a much higher standard than the rest of the world.

I haven’t reached that point in reverse culture shock where I’m fiending for sushi outside of Japan, but I know I’ll be there sometime soon.
