In London today for C's diagnostic Ultrasound. Seems positive. The Doctor felt that the MRI was mis-reported and that she hasn't any sign of bursitis or tendonitis on u/s. Some fraying of the labrum but nothing unusual for a dancer. So the conclusion is that the pain at the front is down to piriformis and the pain at the back is down to sudden increase of workload on turn out muscles on weakened muscles possibly following her broken metatarsal. So the plan is lots of walking over half term and a couple of strengthening exercises and Moira will review her next week and put a plan in place for her return to school.
