A CHANGE IN THE WEATHER

It really couldn't make its mind up this morning.

I had a "The Occupier" electricity bill this morning from a company I don't have a contract with telling me the large sum of money they expect me to pay within the next week, so I had to waste a lot of time this afternoon trying to speak to a human (impossible) and eventually having a "Live Chat" with what may or may not have been a human, who eventually told me they'd sorted it out and to ignore the bill. I've kept a PDF of the chat just in case.
