Dunfermline Abbey

Rain showers in the morning, so we decided to get the bus over to Dunfermline. Enjoyed a walk through Pittencrief park and spotted a Christmas tree being erected at the entrance to the park.
We visited the Abbey nave and admired the grand carvings and beautiful stained glass windows. The tomb of Robert the Bruce is located in the Abbey church.
Lunch in the Kingsgate, then a bit of shopping before heading home again.
