Sausage Making In Regensburg

Today we participated in a sausage making class in the lovely Bavarian town of Regensburg.  We learned how to make white sausage -- Weisswurst -- a traditional breakfast item in this part of the world. 

After we made our bangers, we had the pleasure of eating the fruits of our labours, and they were actually surprisingly delicious!  We had the sausages with pretzels, a selection of differently flavoured mustards, and several varieties of local beer.

Extras:  Roland, our sausage-making teacher, the town of Regensburg from the 12th Century bridge over the Danube, a plethora of cuckoo clocks for sale in a local shop.
