Frosted

Our first snowfall happened today. It didn’t amount to much and it’s been mixed off and on with sleet. We expected to travel south to an appointment today but I canceled it yesterday due to concerns with the afternoon drive home. I’m not sure how the roads are but with early darkness we have no regrets staying home. My younger self would have gone but my older self is more cautious. Plus, and most importantly, I have precious cargo traveling with me, aka MrsP :) Our appointment is now scheduled in January, so we’ll have to wait and see how that goes! • It’s been a relaxing day. Some uke, some puzzling, a little reading now blip. Soon I’ll be baking an acorn squash for dinner :) • Peace & Love, Please!
