Young moorhen

After doing yesterday's blip today I'm doing today's early.
I didn't sleep well last night, out of routine and thinking about the Ghanaian friend, and have felt rather lazy today.
I have done a few admin tasks for church and myself and been for a short walk with Mr Rat. The moorhens have been quite bold this year and this young one particularly so, coming within a metre of us. I may have blipped it before very small 2/9 and growing 22/9 or they may have been its siblings.
I also cleared up the rest of the storm debris and almost filled the 2 brown bins that were emptied yesterday, as well a 2 tubs of leaves dumped on the veg patches, though that didn't take very long.
