No Hairs and Graces Here

The Queen's Trooping of the Colour today and on this stem there are no hairs and graces on here. No ants trooping up and down the stem in discontinuous lines of scarlet!

To be fair the Trooping of the Colours is a must "see" programme in our household. The marching lines are always a disgrace these days, totally unstraight, with a wobbly line of enactment.

This would never happen in Boy's Brigade Battalion Church Parades. Still, they can still march in time with the music and preform axing marching routines that are truly eye watering in their complicateness. And for that we can take our hat of to them!
