Here's a photo of me wearing two coats whilst on Chesil Beach last Thursday.

I was feeling under the weather that day. How does anyone pick up a malaise? All that is exercise and fresh air and I've pick up something from somewhere.

So, a day on the sofa today. I've no voice. My Fitbit probably thinks I've passed away!

Hopefully back to normal tomorrow.

In case anyone is wondering, I didn't take that boat out to sea. That would have been treacherous.
