My ironing assistant.

I didn’t feel very well today so didn’t go for Pilates.

I did however have a bone density scan which I did go for. All good on that front but will wait to hear from the doctor when I see her at the end of the month.

Caught up with the ironing with my not so able assistant interrupting every now and again, and being very cute.
