A big which is not welcome

During the morning routine of watering the plants, I found a group of bugs on a leaf of a plant. I saw some before on the orchid leaves too. I don’t know what it is, but know they are up to no good. I bought a garden/plant pest control spray. Hopefully, this would solve the problem. Let me know if you have recommendations to improve would be most appreciated.
