No matter, was great having baby McD home. Now baby McD is actually 19 now and she had brought her boyfriend home to meet the family. He is 20 (which is important for this short tale). As we walked into the restaurant we were welcomed and asked in all seriousness if we wanted a couple of children’s menus. Can’t possibly explain how funny I found it. Not sure the offspring was as amused. She will appreciate the youthful looks in 20 years time.
Anyway a fantastic 72hours and the boyfriend left unscathed.
