Cacti In Their Dotage, Aylesford

Our collection of cacti sit on a windowsill in our kitchen. I love their spikiness and thought I'd counteract it with the sticky white dots I found lying around. One of the these small cacti, once a year, throws out a massive flowering tendril. It didn't disappoint this year as we measured it today and it was thirty two inches long!
