Sweet Scent

We had another warm day with 26c. The Nor-west winds were strong. 

I had my specialist appointment at 8:30 this morning. Luckily the traffic wasn't too bad and we made it there in plenty of time. There was a long wait to see the specialist. One and half hours later he turned up. The nurse took me in as soon as we arrived and took of the dressing. I still have a open wound at the base. It isn't bleeding. They want to keep an eye on it to make sure l don't get an infection. Otherwise all is looking good and they were pleased with my movement. I have to go back next Tuesday.

I had a bad night with pain in the base of my spine. The doctor I saw before seeing the specialist was a bit concerned and checked everything out. I have some more medication. Hopefully that will help.

When I got home I rang my osteopath and go an appointment for early afternoon. It really helped. Still in a bit of pain but can manageable. As I was leaving to go the osteopath... I got another migraine. Still not feeling great. I will catch up your blips when I can.
