Shadows.

I sat for breakfast with mum in my dining room (rarely used at this time of day) and this shadow caught my attention. Had our usual Friday - yoga, lunch meet up, then took her home. Drove home, packed a bag then drive to York. A spur of the moment decision as mum-in-law has been unwell. Both mums are shadows of their former selves. So sad to be witnessing.
