Garden Birds 2023 - Wood Pigeon

I keep hoping to see the Redwings in our garden again this year. Unfortunately, now that the wood pigeons have found the berries on the holly tree the Redwings had better hurry up before they are all eaten. 

It also occurs to me that the blackbirds are normally eating these berries by now but I haven't seen one for a while. I wonder what has happened to all the blackbirds?
