Last walk...

...along the coastal path after lunch. It poured with rain from early morning until around lunch time and then the skies cleared and it was bright and sunny. Everywhere is saturated

- a stretch of the path towards Thorney Island with extensive flooding of the fields.
- I was glad to have been wearing wellies for this stretch. 

We will get the ferry tonight in Portsmouth at 22:45. The weatherforecast over the Channel and Bay of Biscay is not too bad, just normal for a November crossing.
