Gloomy

It was another day of low cloud and low light. I managed to walk in daylight though, and was able to photograph this pretty window along the road, framed by the beautiful colours of what I think is Virginia creeper, with leafy reflections in the glass. I've kept looking at it, but on better days the light and shadow on it has been difficult. The colours around the village are wonderful despite the absence of sunshine, with the scattering of acers in gardens and churchyard now at their most vividly beautiful and patches of glowing orange in the wooded sides of the valley.
