Christmas is coming

No, I haven't got mixed up with the date.  As we won't be seeing either of our daughters and their families at Christmas itself we are meeting up next week to celebrate Christmas early.  I iced the Christmas cake this morning having baked it at the end of September, and we will make a start on eating it next week.
