Deal or No Deal

It was all going so well.

There was a long bike ride, home-made Father's Day cards with some wonderful messages and then the suggestion of al-fresco drinks in the afternoon sunshine.

After an hour or so, they played their card. A contract was presented and, in a moment of weakness, I may have agreed.
