not a great quality piccy but I was amused when toddling through the upmarket 'spa town' of Bridge of Allan and saw the Harvey Nicks bag languishing on the wheelie bin ready for collection.

Is it compulsory to have non-bin rubbish enclosed in such packaging perhaps?

Ah what a high-priced disposable society we have in places.
