Wintery, Watery Windmills

Our last day aboard our riverboat -- today we are in Kinderdijk, the Netherlands, putting up with the cold, gray, rainy weather but nevertheless enjoying a barge tour of the famous windmills -- a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

I thought a watercolour treatment was appropriate for today, considering the very liquid environment we are currently experiencing!

Tomorrow will find us in Amsterdam for a couple of days before we head home to Boston on Sunday.
