That Time Again

Every year when it gets cold, without fail our main bedroom windows will become absolutely sodden with condensation. Every year I report it to the agency/landlord and they fob me off with "It's just a very damp house, get a dehumidifier". Time to break out the mould and mildew spray again, lads...
