More unpacking of boxes. Well, I spent a fair bit of time getting the internet to work. Not sure what is going on, the DSL modem happily syncs but the connection gets dropped after a short while. I prodded various dials and it seems to work now. Fingers crossed and all that. I did move the first thing from the temporary flat to the new flat. A first step. Otherwise Rowan was busy rearranging the bedroom/chill-out room AKA the balcony room. That's starting to look good. Max and I tried to re-assemble his bed. Some crucial nuts were lost somewhere between there and here. Max suggested he could machine replacements at school. Fingers crossed, they are quite essential. Otherwise, unpacking more boxes and struggling to find space to put the stuff. We had extremely good storage in Edinburgh that we filled to the brim. A trip to Ikea is looming to get another Billy which should help a little. We are well beyond peak-stuff. Having said that, I need to go shopping for plugs and power cables to replace the British ones.
