Spaghetti and Meatballs

I have been entering a new realm of cooking. My husband has had worsening gastrointestinal issues over the past few years, and we now have confirmation that he has a gluten sensitivity. I've been making gluten free meals at home in recent weeks except some lunches for myself now that he is back at the office (and we have been learning what a trial trying to eat out while avoiding gluten is).
