Just a happy family iPhone snapshot

Dads come in all shapes and sizes. The father of my children happens to come in this shape and size. (Reading this the next I feel I should point out he's not that small - that's just a photo ;) )

It's been crappy weather but pretty okay otherwise. Richard got 3 x cards and 3 x presents, and had a surf today. I think that's all he wanted.

I got up first and walked the dog. Usually this only ever happens if Richard is ill. So today I am a hero.

I miss my dad enormously today (it's also his birthday - he would have been 72) and Richard misses his.
