Another night of coughing so I’ve slept all morning. Murphy joined me after his morning walk. He likes to snuggle close.

Now drinking a strange concoction of Himalayan pink sea salt, manuka honey, apple cider vinegar, ginger and turmeric and taking spoonfuls of onion juice.

And I’ve just finished reading the fourth book in the Thursday Murder Club series by Richard Osman. I loved it.
