squirrels

The squirrels are really enjoying all the berries - hawthorn, holly, and ivy - and so are the pigeons and blackbirds. This afternoon I counted 4 squirrels in the branches gracefully leaping from one branch to the next. Photo taken through the window as they’d all have run off if I’d gone outside. Nelly sat on the settee watching them, her ears and nose twitching with rage. Ziggy was asleep in front of the fire.
