Snook’s curse

As predicted, the poinsettia is on its last legs way ahead of Christmas. By my reckoning it lasted 10 days before it reached this sorry state.

There is one healthy looking leaf giving a tiny glimmer of hope of it hanging on but the rest has well and truly given up.

I worked at home and worked early and late so I could head out for a nice long family lunch in the middle of the day. We managed to fit in Dart’s Farm and Bickleigh Mill and had a yummy lunch and some splendid retail therapy
