327/365. Buckfast Abbey

After I had cooked breakfast we went off and visited Totnes for a few hours. We had been told that there were lots of independent shops there and so it has.

Indeed quite a few of the shops, and the people we saw, had a bohemian air about them, tea shops and eateries too. We loved it!

Afterwards the next stop was Buckfast Abbey and that was wonderful too, and what’s more, it was free to visit. Such tranquility and beauty.

We managed to squeeze in a fleeting visit to Goodrington Sands on our way back to Brixham. Time for an ice cream, two scoops, whilst walking by the sea.
