Big Band Bonanza

We played the same venue as last year, and it was a lot more enjoyable for me this time.  This time there was not enough room on the stage for all of us, so setting up was challenging and a bit chaotic!

Nevertheless we got it sorted, but ended up starting the gig 5 minutes late as the venue had to wheel out rows and rows of extra chairs as the audience just kept on coming in, which was very gratifying and so great to play to a full house.

We were well received and we made Karen very proud - there were even tears.  I stayed to hear the Cambridge Groove Orchestra who were after us - what an excellent afternoon I've had.
