Our Celebration for Thanksgiving

The covered dish with aluminum foil is a spiral cut ham.  I did something different with the turkey.  Rather than keep it whole I spatchcocked it (cut the backbone out and flattened it).  I don't believe I'll make a turkey any other way.  I dry brined it for 2 days and everyone was so pleased with how juicy it turned out and it only took about an hour and 20 minutes to cook.  The only dish not showing is the roasted brussel sprouts and broccoli.
The family was all accounted for and we had a wonderful day.
