Silverdale Cove

Sunday lunch in the Silverdale Hotel and a walk with K back through the fields and across Knott to Arnside while Mr P drove to Arnside and enjoyed a flat walk along the prom so as not to excite his heart too much.
  K knows the area very well and pointed out the grass that is starting to grow on the sand. She says in 100 years time it will all be grass but  we'll obviously not be around to see it.
Somewhere on this beach is a geocache that I've never been able to find and I know its further round than the little cave you can see in the cliff. Much too much squelchy mud down there for me to even think about it today.
