The River Tweed

A view of the Tweed.  At school, we learned that the Scottish /English border comprised of the Solway Firth, the River Tweed and the Cheviot Hills.  This view of the Tweed was taken from the hotel bedroom window on a not-so-sunny day before our last match of the competition, again at 9am.  J was also in the team as it was a mixed competition, but we were with another couple, whom we don't usually curl alongside, and it did not go well.
The company came from far and near and as a whole were very welcoming and socially we had a good time.  Having been to the Borders on the east coast, I think we'll visit again.
