Get me away!!!!

Buggered off to Corfu for a week with husband. Its his birthday and I need my mojo shaking up (in the nicest possible way of course). Got here mid-morning, took this shot of us landing in the oldest plane that aviation would allow to take to the skies. It had no movie availability, not even music in your little arm rest. The decor was scratched to bloody death and I wouldn't have been surprised if we hadn't have been given lice body wash as we exited the plane. All it missed was somebody stood winding the elastic band to take off.
Obviously we landed safely and we collect our hire car. The engine is knackered and doesn't like rolling down hill in second gear!!! you have to whack it into neutral to shut it up coughing and spluttering and juddering.
We are staying in a little village in land, we are the only English here, which is nice as we are practicing the very little Greek we know. We are staying in a little Greek house and have a neighbor called Katerina she's a lovely old lady and looks at us as though we are special needs! She presented us with a cucumber she had grown upon our arrival. Didn't quite know what to make of that but tasty none the less
