Christmas markets

Back in our Happy Place, we picked up mum early and dropped MrK at Holkham for a walk. I'm in Christmas mode. He is not! We headed for the Maltings where the upstairs rooms held a wonderful arts and crafts market. We spent time chatting with a very talented artist where mum bought a print of her Kingfisher. She was selling them cheaply as the colour was slightly off. Not something we could see, but jars with the artist. I bought a couple of stocking presents for the boys. We then went to the Christmas tree festival where there were an array of different Christmas trees for various charities made and decorated in unusual ways. The two that stood out for me were the Maritime Heritage Centre and the British Legion, extras.
In the afternoon MrK and FK joined me in Holt for a bit of Christmas shopping in the independent shops. Back home for a roaring fire and Strictly.
