Why can't people do their jobs?

Respond to emails?

Not try to call me after being told multiple times I can't answer my phone while working in courts, email me instead?

Fed up with everything today, especially general levels of incompetence, laziness and lack of any consequences for those whose mistakes and related delays cause hassle and financial loss for others.

The gloomy weather is NOT helping either...
