A Goldfinch, so good they named it twice.

A poor picture, shot hand held through dirty double glazing in very poor light on an utterly dismal weather day.

Cold damp and misty, the Shropshire Hills and Corvedale have been shrouded for most of the day. But it doesn't matter, we have had a lazy day, run a few errands and been out with the dog.

The fire is lit, the kettle is on and suddenly all is well with the our world - for now!
