Roast chicken

It's been a day of last minute shopping for holiday bits and bobs...a pair of pumps, a beach towel, a good supply of Euro's and some toiletries before coming home to washing and ironing. I threw together some salad to go with this roast chicken and now i'm heading off to work the night shift. The excitement levels are rising...5 days to go. :-))
