Fishing prohibited

A favourite past-time of some of the young fellas in the area is to go fishing at the Lough. Some guys set up tents and camp out overnight. Fishing is prohibited in certain areas like, for example, where this young man is fishing. I suppose, in his defence, he might argue that the word 'prohibited' has somehow disappeared from the sign . . .
