Song or a mistle

Although I have googled this I'm still unsure if its a song thrush or a mistle thrush. Hope someone can help. Well it was the first day back at work today after my two week break, I enjoy where I work so that's not too much of a problem but I certainly don't like the alarm clock deciding when I get up.
