Durham Cathedral

2nd full day of our trip to the North East, found us visiting the city of Durham. We headed straight for the Cathedral and it was a wonderful place to spend some time in.

Afterwards (and before the rain started) a walk along the banks of the river gave us some fab views of the building itself.

A grand day out.
