Across from Instow at low tide on the river Torridge this afternoon. And although sunny it was cold. Went out to lunch with three of my good friends. And most enjoyable it was too.

Had a tough interval class this morning, we were using the exercise resistance bands. Haven't used them for a while and my shoulders are feeling a bit tender this afternoon. What is the saying? No pain no gain!!
