Such a cold day today, but fairly cloudless skies. I saw these seed head skeletons and loved how they look against the morning sky.
Rafi had some good news today, he has had an invitation to this year's BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards ( I expect because he was a medal winner at the Paris World Championships). I went with him a few years ago, and it was such fun. I'm not lucky enough to go with him this year, he's hoping his PA Jamie will support him. I'm happy about that as Jamie helps him train and is a great friend so they should have a wonderful time.
