Winter frost

And it remained for much of the day.  

Both Sam and Ben are back this evening.  Ben is bringing the car back so that Sam can drive it to Newcastle tomorrow.  

Sam cooked tea tonight, roast chicken with leeks and butter beans.  I'm gradually working out how my blood sugar reacts to certain foods, and today's graph has been within the acceptable range without injecting any insulin.
