Ran 10k again today, a tiring Monday caused much grumpiness, you know that kinda I'll never smile again kinda, stinky boot grumpiness.

Still the achievement of the long run made me better and a nice dinner of pizza and beer made it better still. 40 tomorOw and the rest of our lives to go, I look forward to the rest of it.
