A Favourite View….

……. Looking across Doctors Creek with its plantings of flaxes and other native shrubs on its southern bank. Early this morning, partly cloudy. Today I went to lunch with a special group of friends. There were over 12 of us today. Women Joggers of old. We have known each other for nearly 44 years. We ran the first Women’s Triathlon all those years ago , the first New Zealand women’s only triathlon. We have kept in touch ever since… Run together, laughed and lived our lives. A very special group of friends.
