The rain it raineth every day

It was raining this morning and very cold- chill factor -7. We went to the Penlee Art Gallery, and viewed this famous painting of Penzance by Norman Garstin 1899. It was once hidden away by the council because it gave a negative view of Penzance. We were parked almost on the viewpoint so I blipped it. Painting in extras.
