A Favourite Day

Today is one of my favourite 'Days'  - St. Andrew's Day.  With him being the patron saint of Scotand I thought it only right to raise a glass of Scottish elixir in his honour.
(He is also the saint of fishmongers, gout, singers, sore throats, spinsters, maidens, old maids and women wishing to become mothers - so he's quite a busy saint).
